[glow=red,2,300]BOD MODS 3!!![/glow] I bent the 2 sides of the top in and put some Zap-A-Gap glue on the joint, then I put some Baking Powder on it. That held the top sides together, then I added a small triangular piece of plastic to fill the hole... I made a cardboard template of the rear open space, and transfered the shape to .080 sheet plastic. I soaked the New Piece in hot water to help the bending go easier. Here is the Rear Filler Piece in place. I cut it in half to make the job easier. I had to add a third piece in the middle to fill the gap... More Bod Mods Coming...

[glow=red,2,300]UP ON TWO WHEELS!!![/glow] I added a short length of plastic tubing to each end of the axle to make it wider. I found some brass tubing that fit inside the rear axle, but it doesn't fit the rear wheels... I used the next two larger sizes of aluminum tubing to reduce the rear wheel hole size. I cut short lengths of tubing to fit inside the holes and glued them in. Now the Wheels will Fit! Here are the Wheels & Tires in place on the New Axle.

[glow=red,2,300]FENDERS/ARMRESTS!!![/glow] I am using 2 Revell Chopper Rear Fenders on the Quad. I cut out the outside edge of each Fender so they will clear the rear tires. I cut both Fenders off at a point, to match each other. Then I cut 2 strips of plastic, bent them and glued them on the inside edge of both Fenders.

[glow=red,2,300]FENDER BLENDING!!![/glow] I cut 2 pieces of plastic and fit them in at the fronts of the Fenders... Then I cut 4 pieces of plastic to fit between the rear of the Fenders and the Body. I made them oversize so I could carve them to shape. Here it is after some trimming and sanding...

[glow=red,2,300]FOUR BiG ONES!!![/glow] I carved out a half round shape in the rear deck and opened up this BiG Hole... I cut 4 lengths of aluminum tubing, cleaned them up and glued them together. Next I used a round file and made room for all 4 of the Pipes to come through! Rear View...
