Any progress with the builds yet guys ? ..... I finally came up with a paint scheme for one of my builds, it was giving me a bit of headache, trying to decide on a plan & go with it ....... I think it worked out not too bad; I'll post as soon as it's done ..... AND .... my Uncertain Trike 2, is ready to polish & assemble; I guess I'll post it here, instead of in the regular section ... I wasn't going to, but I figure; why not ..... this Challenge is just for fun & inspiration anyways |

I've built full size bikes quicker than this damn drag bike! I wanted an SU carb on it and one from the old 1/8 E type jag looked the part. So now I'm making up mounting brackets, manifolds, throttle cable mechanisms, a giant bell mouth, return springs etc - and this is just the frikkin' carb! It's still fun though guys? Guys?

jeez harley l think it be faster just to take a shot of one or 1]1 bikes and enter that
as for l can't help myself l am trying to fit a blower of this thing now it looks like l have to build the frikken thing but it's all fun

OK, had a big push at the weekend and the engine (but not carb!), frame, wheels and tyres are done, the front forks are 90% there, the tanks and rear fender are primed so we're heading in the right direction again.
Oh, and I started another build based (very loosely) around a Revell chop. When was that deadline?
And what's with Kettle Kettle getting mugged? That doesn't sound like my idea of a fun night out.

Any updates on your builds guys ? ..... I'm pushing to get at least 3 done, possibly 4, if I can pull it off ..... I'm hoping the first & second will be complete by this week / weekend coming; maybe sooner .... depending on how things go |

I'm planning on nailing most of the detail work this weekend, unless the weather stays as good as it is in which case I'll be putting in some miles around the island. Or painting the fence if I get nabbed by the other half on my way out.....

Oh brother .......... lugging 400 pound bags of mail in 150 degree weather, for 15 hours; is a normal plastic building "warm up routine"  for most modellers Duke - look on the bright side - at least it's ............ "A Dry Heat" - it could be worse , you could be in Arizona ..... Uh ..... ooooops .......  ....uh ...... sorry  ...... I "forgot" you are  ANYWAYS .....
