Well just finished this piece. It is a kit from Lee Ames of Morbid Models of the UK i think. This is one of the coolest Alien pieces i have personally seen. The pose is as dramatic as I've seen. It is the moment when Kane first meets the Alien in the form of the face hugger. This is the scene that Hollywood introduces us to what is arguably one of the scariest monsters to come down the pike. This kit is cold cast porcelain and weights a ton. This was a blast to paint. The only thing i did extra was to put some slime out of the egg on the face hugger and around the egg. I think i used every technique I've learned over the years on this piece and some new ones like pastels. Any way here it is and there are a ton of pics cus its one of the ways i check out a build. Some times i can't see the forest for the trees.
......... I definitely would not want to wake up with this attached to any part of my body
