I felt i must do a model done , i start but not finish many of my projects. I made this 34 Ford street rod in my own way , more of a modern rod with big rims and fuel injection. The body is a chopped resin , don't know what brand but it was real good i must say. Here you see the two tone paint better. I used auto air colors for this . Chevy TPI engine Pegasus rims . Crome T

I use primer from a rattle can and the auto air and clearcote from rattle can. No polishing after Sometimes i wetsand the primer with 1500-2000 paper ( for 1/1 cars) . When i painted this car i did not , i had a heatgun (dont now if thats the right name?) i did go on with from a long distance so i had heat when i painted it and aslo so when the clearcote get on . the last cote of clear i didnt use the heat-gun so it could dry out longer. I really like the auto air colors , first of all nice colors and you can mix it with non water based colors too . easy to aply . I have tested house of color but it was to strongagainst the plastic so no more of that

beautiful build and outstanding paint.if the auto air is the same as on this side of the atlantic you can obtain it at art supply stores;it's available for airbrush artists.there are some candy colours to be used over a silver base. it's beautiful stuff but sometimes a little fussy with humidity.
