Started this thing at least a year ago. Got inspired the other day and got back on it. The next hurtle will be the aluminum tailgate insert. Anybody know how I could replicate the MERCURY script on the hood? Here are a few pix of the 1/25 and the 1/1:

That pesky tailgate. Looks like I'm gonna need some Vega tailights in 1/25 too.
After a lot of computer time experimenting with Picture It 99 i was able to come up with these decals to for the tailgate. I used aluminum for the model but the real one has stainless. Believe it or not that is the same paint used on the real one and the model, just the lighting makes that difference. Now I am waiting for my friend Larry Draper to cast me some Vega taillights.
