Paint is Duplicolor GM light royal blue. I modified the rear wheels to fit under the fenders. Everything else is box stock.

I'm with the other guys on this, getting the rear tyres under the fenders really tidies the car up.

Duplicolor mini rattle can from a close out store was used. Rattle can clear enamel used to finish it and then polished with Novus #2. No wax.
