Bloody Nice Dwayne....And Despite everyone going stupid, over the prospects of this kit being re-released......I'm sure it won't be 100% identical......anyway, I just prefer to work with Originals myself.

I'm with Rick on this one, there's a lot more skill involved and satisfaction to be gained from a resto than pulling something together straight out the box.
Having said that I would a lot less nervous correcting the ride height on a new TJ Taxi than hacking into vintage plastic (it's a common theme with Tom Daniel kits, he designed 'em to sit low at the rear and the mould designers jacked them up!) - don't know why, just one of those things.

I have another one started which I am going to call the Baja Bandit. It will be a little more sinister and a lot lower. I kinda like this one high. In the late 60s remember cars sat way high in the rear.
