International Scout funny car

I built this a while ago and came across it again when I was cleaning up. It was a junk Scout that was in a parts box since the 1980s . I was putting different bodies on a drag chassis and as a joke put the Scout on it. I like the gasser stance and got inspired to build it. I wanted it to look like it was a fiberglass body shell so I sanded off the handles wipers, etc and I filled the taillights and glued the hood shut. I Lengthened the frame and scratch built a gas pedal and fire extinguisher. .Since it was supposedly fiberglass, I wanted "riveted" glass ,luckily I had a bunch of old funny car glass in my junk pile . Paint is Testors custom lacquer orange and red .
