Norton hillclimber

Hillclimbs in the UK tend to take place up very narrow twisty strips of tarmac (often the driveways to stately homes) so the bike classes feature creations with lots of low down grunt, low weight and wide bars for quick changes of direction.

This was a Heller Norton Commando before it got scratchbuilt fuel injection, oil tank, belt drive and a rear monoshock. The frame was hacked about for a solo seat and a steeper headstock and a quick visit from the Detail Fairy finished it all off.
