Race of Gentlemen "T" Speedster

This is one of the kits that was on the unfinished list. I actually got the push from Clint Eastwoods first car!! It's the AMT 1925 T body and chassis from the Double T kit. I used the rear end, dropped front axle and "Hotted Up" 200 c.i. engine from the Revell Model A kit. The 6.25 x 17 inch Firestone slicks are from my secret stash of childhood parts. I shot for the look of what is run in New Jersey at the "Race of Gentlemen". Paul

Cool build Paul,did you coat the rim of those wheels, to protect them from the rubber tires, it'll be eating away at them right away if not !!!

With the old tires, I always dip the tires in Testers Flat Acryl. Not only prevents tire burn but also stops them from eating the display case. Paul
