Thanks guys. Some years back, when I lived in the Chicago area, The model industry put on a "Model Expo" show once a year. The show encompassed all areas of the modeling industry from new Styrene stuff to radio control ( Balsa wood ) planes, Boats, etc. When revell, mpc, etc came out with new models, they would show case them at this show, often using car / racing celebrity's that the models were famous for. I got to meet Ed Roth (Rat Fink), Bill "Maverick" Golden ( little red wagon fame), Arnie " the farmer" Beswick,and others at this show. I remember Roth was dressed just as you see him in the above pic.
