I'm a total sucker for "Because we can" projects and they don't get much more focused than this. As a tribute to their own 1960's racers, Honda decided in 1997 that what the world really needed was a single cylinder, double overhead cam, four valve, four stroke, 81 kg, disc braked, 50cc machine producing 5.6 hp at 10,500 rpm. When you're the world's biggest bike company: Why not? This is a fairly box stock build which uses the colour scheme of the later Dream 50R race bike (which was, of course, even more extreme than the road bike). Fiddly in places but some great detail, what's not to like?

Yup, two exhaust ports. Weirdly, the 50R version had a two into one exhaust system but, even with max power only coming in at 13,500 rpm, I'm sure Honda knew what they were doing!
