Here's another project to be finished. I made a tilt hood using wire, which was a real pain in the neck !! - here's cardboard templates I used for the interior panels, the material I'll be using ( I think ) , will be this brown plastic stuff, ( it was covering dollar store disposable coffee cups ) which I thought had an interesting texture, I'll be painting it. The rear door is now hinged, using a hinge system I made - very simple, tin strips, wrapped around a pin - an upper & lower go on the body & one single in the middle on the door - pin holds the whole thing together & opens perfectly - no sagging.
, but just wanted to share a couple fast in progress things going on - the bed will get the wood plank treatment, I'm using this veneer ( roll ) ; which is used for edging & is glue backed ( meant to be ironed on, but of course I don't use that way 
) .... I like this stuff because it's easy to trim & the pre-glue acts as a barrier for whichever glue is used to fasten, therefore not soaking in the thin wood. Once glued on, I think it'll be a decent look.
