Didn't realize it at the time (1978 when I built it) but this was based on Fritz the Cat character.  

Spent some time restoring him, original Hammerhead Star Wars figure with Sabre-Toothed Rabbit from Gruesome Goodies (Aurora).  I guess the film stuck in my mind since '75 when I saw it re-issued to theatres while on summer vacation in Moncton N.B..


This is my unrestored kicked around figure, original joint and paint still intact.  Put him on a new bike a few years back.

About 80% original, just touched up the clay bits and good as new!  Just as much fun as building it in '78.
