Thames panel gasser. Not quite a replica of the 1:1 car, but close enough for me. Resin wheels, parts box stacks and tires. Black lacquer with decals from Glory Years. Filled in the nose, cut an extended opening in the hood. This thing fought me all the way. Started it several months ago, problems with the paint then clear made me want to stomp on it. Put it away for a while. Got it back out, and during assembly I had glue problems, i.e., the wheels wouldn't stay on, problems with the doors. Oh, and I just remembered, early on when I filled in the nose with plastic and superglue, I left it sitting out and one of my grand daughters visited, knocked it over and broke it- so I had to redo it. I swear, I just wanted to KILL this thing SO bad! What a pain in the ass, glad to get it out the door!

I'd say that was well worth the effort (and we all know what a delight that kit is to put together!).

Always a fan of these little panels, they make such a great 60’s drag car , even with the problems you had with yours it came out looking awesome!
