Ok it's 99.9% done ….. I added the upper roof, chopped the top windshield, added a cabin floor, stairs, interior, and I scratch built a sink, bench & table/bed , a girl figure, cabin lighting...… still have to polish & clean up a few rough areas on it & I haven't glued the mast on yet, or the vent, ( which I scratch built, the one in the kit is way too big ) ….. and I'm not sure where I'll locate the anchor ….. I don't think I'll plunk it on the front deck though; it kinda clutters the look ; and …. I painted "MM" on the motors, just for now - using a water base marker; until I can think of a better solution !! . The last pick is of a built up from an unknown builder, just to give you an idea of what I had to work with; as far as what the box stock build is; compared to what I did. It was pretty tough at times, but overall I really enjoyed it …. & it really took me far off my comfort zone !!!

Looks really good. Wood work looks like real mahogany to me. Anchor was usually stored in forward compartment along with ropes and life vests.

Thanks Paul, I have zero clue of anything pertaining to boats - I asked Dominick & he mentioned that as well & that it probably was stored in that "hatch thing" ….. I also asked him what purpose that mast would serve & if it was just for a flag ? …….. I don't like the look of it where the instructions suggest ( in front of the top window ) ; so I think I'll just mount a flag at the rear

I wish I had a real one. Nice work Rick. I am surprised there are no blowers or injectors sticking out.
