Here is your handy print and keep guide to building a custom Yamaha 500. i) Fit cut down mudguards, seat and lights (check). ii) Fit oversize K & N air filter and a loud pipe (check). iii) Go for "empty triangle" styling i.e. nothing under the seat except the air filter (check). iv) Apply Yamaha "speed block" paint (check). v) Ditch chain guard, pillion foot rests, centrestand and any other excess stuff (check). And look! It works in 1/12 scale as well!
