WOW! A nice car build and a History Lesson! There is so much History involved with so many of these cars, where and who built the "original" starting point and who purchased it. Then it went on to Success! Then back to History again, hopefully to be found and resurrected.

Nice job on a true classic! I might be wrong (I often am) but wasn't there an even earlier version of the car that had flathead power?

Nice work on this Paul...the purple looks just right. What paint did you use on the interior and where did you find the OEM formula for the purple? Thanks in advance for any info you can share.

I have over the years collected autobody supply paint books that were considered "Obsolete" by the paint stores. The base colors and tints are still available. The interior paint is called Mood Lilac Shimmer from wal-marts lacquer based nail polishes
