Built as I did my original (long gone) in '76 using similar short track stocker tires I used back then. Gives the 'look' of what we saw for that contemporary time period, shackles for high rear ends and super-fat Mickey Thompson type tires. I usually build well-raced ratty-looking stockers or monster kits but this was a nice diversion.    |

Thanks Rick, a challenge to do something new.
As for your suggestion, there is a '71 (?) Nova waiting in the wings...another rebuild of the period. These 2 could be meeting in a diorama one day you never know!

Cool build I saw a few just like it back in the day Originally I built this kit in '76 and there were MANY rides that looked similar to this on the street at that time, wheels, scoops etc. |
