The only things used from the 'kit' on this one is the interior tub, main body/firewall and frame. Bench seat, headlights and radiator/grille and rad ornament from MPC Gangbusters 1928 Lincoln. Reversed rear tires and axle from 1990's Chevy pickup truck kit give the tires and wheels a larger scale for the rear, 1940's style truck tires used on the front and older style tire as a spare. Everything else from the parts-box. The idea here was to recreate my old backyard (c. 1968-75) as I envisioned building the car in real life in '74. This is how I figure it could've looked in my own yard. Figure is also built from the parts-bin of figure bits. Recreated my civil war boots and jacket as I had at that time. The garage actually leaned like that, that entire scale building was simply a lark with the glue gun and popsicle sticks and suddenly took some shape and continued with it. Oh and figure too, I'd just done the engine wiring, no harnesses on as yet, the figure of myself was about to grab some from that tool box moments after. This was about a 3 day build.
