Here’s another for the monogram build , I just built the lil coffin so I wanted my next build to be in the same family I chose the Predicta show car , I got this kit from a buddy out in California, a nice sealed 1990 issue kit , first time for me to ever build this kit as it is meant to be build, I’ve over the years use this kit many times for parts for other custom builds , built pretty much box stock except for wheels and tires , not sure when the real car lost its big white wall tires but I found pictures of it with the narrow white walls , chrome wheels with babymoons, I really like that look so that’s what I went with, after molding a few body parts I sprayed a mix of silver and candy blue as a base for the 6 coats of candy blue and 3 coats of clear, this kit came together very nicely which is probably why it was a big hit with 12 year old boys in 1964 ,there never seems to be a shortage of 1960’s built glue bombs on eBay, I did have a problem with the bubble top though which is why it will sit just like it does in the pics never ever to be opened with out a screwdriver!!! Lol , all in all an awesome kit and I’m very glad the monogram build has forced me to finally build a predicta to put in my display case , hope you like !!!
