The real car was a year old theft recovery pop got from the insurance company in lieu of charges against it.
I copied how he built it. 413 Wedge blown running on Sunoco 260. Trans was probably Dodge running 2nd and high gears. Pop modified the Jag IRS ham with heavier bearings, Chromemoly steel custom bearing caps and case fillets. The axles were made from 4130 125 wall tube along with the strut rods. Girling coil overs had collars that limited travel to 3 inches and all rubber biscuits were replace with aluminum. Pop also made adapters to use the knock offs to mount the slicks. Paint is Jaguar Ivy I added metallic to, did the body damage and scratches. Lastly duplicated the window markings including the different standing number. 466 on the windshield and 460 on the side glass. Paul
