Thanks very much guys!!!Not a kit, totally scratchbuilt. if you have a look at pic #5, this guy is the naked one, how he began. Glue gun and duct tape just like the slightly smaller earlier one.
I didn't feel like spending 30 or 40 bucks on a scale Victorian table so I found a candleholder at Value Village and added a peanut butter lid to it. Sprayed it gunmetal then poured white and black Tamiya onto it and swirled with a stick to imitate a marble top. Rick had done some paint swirls on stuff while I was visiting, his trick was to immerse the part in water that is infused with paint, I just poured it on this one. From what I see in the series, THING is usually handy to a candlestick phone. Found that on ebay the only big expense and very nicely made
THING is simply a hand I'd severed from the Pirates of the Carribean figure to make my Morlock scratchbuild. Soon after I finished I found a bag of extra hands from China so I can change THING'S conversations. His box made of sheet styrene.
This was another fun, quick build, a large doll donated her hair for both of these guys. She ended up back at the store with a crew-cut.
It all started with a MAX HEADROOM candyhead I had hanging about. Saw the glasses and went hmmmm..
