Building a street / strip '32 from the reissued Revell roadster. Made up the front axle from Atlantis parts with the Revell steering knuckles and spring. Rear is modified with radius rods and pieces from the Revell '29 roadster kit. Engine is parts from the Revell 32 five window with a Johan Tunnel Ram and AMT Chrysler firepower valve covers. Cut out the rear deck and used a louvered one from the 5 window kit No plan just see where it wants to go.

Dumped the 392 Hemi for a Detroit~Intermecca blown Flathead. Made up the radius rods, steering linkage. Made the hood sides longer to fit the chassis and made brackets to mount the stock '32 head lamp units.
I've been using Duane Spencers '32 as a loose reference, built in the very early 1950's with Flathead Mercury power. The last photo I've got is at Pomona in 1961 282 Chevy powered.
I used the Revell 29 Ford Steelies and tires on it. I found that the Revell centers fit into the 29 wheels so the Revell push lock axles work instead of the ones with the pins. Cut them down to the jog on the inner wheels and simply glue in. Easy as that. For the fronts I cut out an .010 plastic disc and modified thecycle fenders to fit higher. The 29 front tires are 1/8 inch taller then the 32 ones.
