... when the NHRA killed the fuel altered class, Gary Hazen and Bill Velebil took the fuel burning Hemi out of their fabled roadster and dropped it into a rear engine dragster chassis and went Top Fuel racing .... however with little success ... the first of two "Panic" Top Fuelers was this orange and white rig... the second, which was even less successful was an orange, red, and black car













... AMT Don Garlits kit ... very minimal detailing ... orange and white Testor's enamels ... Slixx decals

Nice! If I remember right you built their fuel altered, which I will also build sometime- I've got the decals and everything to build it- when I get around to it, darn it!
