It's a 1/12 scale milling machine - what else can I say? It was all snap fit and painting was limited to weathering here and there. It was also the most fun I've had building anything in ages, everything (even all the internal gears and belts which you can't see) just fitted together perfectly, first time. I can safely assume the rest of the diorama might not be quite such an easy ride..... Something four wheeled next, promise!

THAT is very cool, it looks real! You come up with the most interesting non- car builds, and usually something we've never seen! Are you going through with some kind of diorama to put that in?

That's the plan Dave. I was looking to include something more than the usual hand/ power tools you see in most dioramas and this seemed like it had the perfect "WTF?" factor. Who knows where this one is headed?

Looks real. Now it needs a set of BSA or Triumph case halves clamped on the table...hint hint
