I've been around, just lurking ! I haven't done much modeling in the last year and a year and a half ; my father passed away at 100 years, and I've been doing the whole probate thing and going through the house he lived in for nearly 75 years - he was in no way a hoarder , but theres a lifetime of memories to go through |

Part of the car is a later reissue , part original. After building the other Revell cars in this series I wanted to get a complete original, but the prices were too high. Basically a reissue using surviving vintage parts - And yes, how could any kid build one of these ? lol |

How did I miss this? A great build of an absolute classic! Like the rest of us, I'm not sure how, or why, I carried on building model cars after being exposed to this "gem" at an early age!
