Now that's what I call an improvement, although I don't remember the left hand side of any Suzuki engine looking quite like your cafe racer!

Well I'm coming on board kind of late, I started this March 11, 2013. It's an R-M Chopper; I've spliced 2 back fenders together, trimmed sides out of front fender, added FLH headlight cover. Gonna change pipes, and shorten back fender. Stripped chrome from oil tank and going to lengthen, added turned aluminum clutch and front sprocket covers. Widened FLH headlight cover Sanded spade pattern off of seat Rear fender will be shortened, (and no Harley, I don't have a hang up with big back fenders .. haha) Marilyn likes it so far, more to come. Here's more work I did on my Challenge Project: Lengthened oil tank, filled oil filler tube hole. I don't use any putty's, I do all my body work with Zap-a-Gap and accelerator. So what looks like gaps in the body work is actually filled and sanded. Oil filler tube relocated. Bottom of headlight cover extended. Adding teeth to primary belt. Teeth added to belt, turned aluminum pulley covers from Arizona Resin Caster. Washers and Grandt Line bolts added. Adding brake rotor to sprocket. Top photo stock, cut out center of sprocket, brake rotor below. At top, Stock chain and sprocket. Below, chain and Sprotor. Rear fender shortened, oil tank lengthened, teeth on belt, headlight cover rim added, turn signal mirrors, rear turn signals added and seat lowered. Windshield, headlight cover, turn signal mirrors will all be painted. Shortened rear fender, rear turn signals. Almost ready for paint! Thanks for looking -- more to come. Jim
