l lost the cover for it so l sort of scratch built and got the clutch cover from my spare parts box

Well I'm coming on board kind of late, I started this March 11, 2013. It's an R-M Chopper; I've spliced 2 back fenders together, trimmed sides out of front fender, added FLH headlight cover.

Gonna change pipes, and shorten back fender.

Stripped chrome from oil tank and going to lengthen, added turned aluminum clutch and front sprocket covers.

Widened FLH headlight cover

Sanded spade pattern off of seat

Rear fender will be shortened, (and no Harley, I don't have a hang up with big back fenders .. haha)

Marilyn likes it so far, more to come.

Here's more work I did on my Challenge Project:

Lengthened oil tank, filled oil filler tube hole. I don't use any putty's, I do all my body work with Zap-a-Gap and accelerator. So what looks like gaps in the body work is actually filled and sanded.
